Provision of Chemical Delivery Services

Scope of Work
provision of chemical delivery services for our offshore AKPO FPSO operations.
Services to be provided shall include as a minimum the following:
A. Production chemical delivery services (this service is to be split awarded to multiple vendors on the same level ground under the same terms and conditions)
Procurement, supply and delivery services :
- Provision of subsea production chemicals (demulsifier, scale inhibitor, corrosion inhibitors, biocides and subsea solvents)
- Provision of topside process chemicals (demulsifier, antifoams, reverse demulsifier, scale inhibitor, slop tank biocides
- Provision of topside water injection chemicals (oxygen scavenger, scale inhibitor, antifoams, biocides, coagulants, heating and cooling loop corrosion inhibitor)
- Provision of the above mentioned chemical in 20m3 ISO tank
- Provision of commodity chemicals delivery services:
- To provide tri-ethylene glycol teg in 20m3 iso tank
- To provide potable water treatment chemicals in 25kg bags (anti-scale, scale remover, calcium chloride, sodium bi-sulphite and sodium bi-carbonate)
Engineering services:
- Provision of technical support when required in the area of troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Provision of support during chemical optimisation
Management services
- Provision of chemical ISO tank rental services for chemical deliveries
- To ensure that ISO tanks used for chemical deliveries are in good condition and meet all specification for lifting and transportation
B. Third party managed services (To be awarded as outlined below)
- These services shall not be provided under the above production chemical delivery services but through separate contracts.
Chemical decanting/handling services:
To provide chemical decanting from 20m3 ISO tank into 2m3 tote tank for chemical delivery to offshore AKPO FPSO
QA/QC of production chemicals services :
To collect random samples from delivered production chemicals at company request and conduct QA/QC analysis on the chemicals.
QA/QC result shall determine if chemicals are to be accepted. The commencement date estimated for the provision of service shall be Q3, 2012
