Scope of Work
Supply hardware and software materials ( computer room equipments ) for (3) three separated dcs system based on (siemens / moore) plc of wet crude plants with up to date one as recommended by the vendor according to the existing installed operative software's & hardware's as described below and after the site survey if necessary.
1- Existing dcs system components:
A- hardware: the type and actual installed modules as follows:
Plc type: siemens / moore the. Systems are redundant up to I/O modules

B-Software:
The existing systems using the following softwares:
1- Plc programing software type: 4 - mation ver 4.52 modbus (32.bit) from siemens moore
2- A- For bai hassan north & south stations hmi programming software type: wonderware Intouch ver 7.11( development & runtime )
B- For saralo hmi programming software type: intouch ver 8.0 ( development & runtime ) The both hmi software's are from wonderware
3- Operating system microsoft window nt ver. 4.0 sp 6.0
C-Communication
In each station control room there are two networks and as follow:
1- Local area network between the industrial computers connected through redundant hubs.
2- ( 1 operator workstation + engineering workstation) have a interface card installed in type of card is (mbimni kit communication card 16 bit isa p/n: (16249-51). to communicate with the simens moore plc using coaxial cable).
2- General requirements and specifications:
- To keep the existing specified plc components ( as much as possible) and to supply the followed below parts in addition to any recommended necessary parts (hardware, software, cabels …etc) required for new upgrade (hmi) system supplied by the vendor.
- 3 (Nos).workstations (industrial computers) with all peripherals (1 engineering workstation , 2 operator workstation ) including dot matrix 132 column printer for events and alarm printing. for each station
- Latest version of the existing software (wonderware intouch).
- Latest version of the plc operating system ( 4-mation ).
- Window based new operating system.
- Converting the existing valid and operative application programs (projects) of the hmi & plc to be operative under the new offered software s (if required).
- Commissioning and start up to be carried out by the vendor commissioning engineers.
- All related software pakages will be with licenses & drivers

Note:
Any new version or p/n procceded the existing ( hardware's & software's )should be operative and compatible form , fit, and function with any part within the system.
B- Software :-
One(1)set complete software package ( for each station ) including the following:-
- Latest version of the existing plc programing software type: 4 – mation for ( engineering & one workstation )
- Latest version of the existing hmi software (wonderware intouch development) for the engineering workstation
- Latest version of the existing hmi software (wonderware intouch runtime for the (2 operator workstation )
-Window based new operating system.
