Scope of Work
Supply of two air compressors with electric motor (one in duty & one standby)
Process information: -
Screw air compressor produce (600-800) sm³/hr at (7.5 to 10) barg, for instrument air that's used in distillation units no.1, no.2 & no.3 / al-samawa refinery.
EQUIPMENT INFORMATION:
1.COMPRESSOR:
The compressor should be high pressure - rotary twin screw, two stage, air cooled oil free, and should be manufactured according to API 619.
2.MOTOR:
Electrical power shall be supplied at: 380V, 3 phases, 50 Hz. Driving electric motor should be (TEFC) explosion proof, IP 55 protection class f insulation.
3. MOUNTING
Each compressor and driver should mount on a common base plate & all the equipments should be in the silenced plug & play package with one-air outlets.
