Scope of Work
Tender opportunity for modification of the LNG supply plant to accommodate a Nag compression.
The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following;
- Mobilisation to Site;
- Development of detailed work method statements, shutdown and concurrent operations plan;
- Procurement of piping, structural steel members, valves, instruments, etc;
- Piling, construction of new foundations and other civil works;
- Dismantling of obsolete piping and piping connections, valves, vessels, air cooler, instruments and electrical devices;
- Installation of new duplex stainless steel gas manifolds;
- Installation of process vessels (some in excess of 40 tons) and interconnecting piping;
- Electrical and Instrumentation installation and modifications to the existing plant automation and control systems;
- Transportation of all relevant materials and equipment to site;
- Co-ordination and interface with a compressor vendor to achieve the new operating conditions;
- Co-ordination and interface with the Process Automation vendor to install and integrate the new field devices with the existing plant control systems (PAS, SIS, Fire &
Gas);
- Demobilization and project close out.
