Fabrication of One Inlet Scrubber Vessel

Scope of Work
Tender opportunity for fabrication of one (1) inlet separator and one (1) inlet scrubber vessel for Soku Nag Compression Project.
The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following;
- Planning and Project management;
- Detailed engineering design to the company standard DEP 31.22.20.31 and ASME Section VIII;
- Procurement of required materials to carry out the fabrication;
- Fabrication of 100 barg rated vertical inlet separator with SMS internals having the following major dimensions: Diameter: 3.2m; Length between tangent lines: 6.7m;
- Fabrication of 100 barg rated vertical inlet scrubber with SMS internals with major dimensions: Diameter: 1.5m; Length between tangent lines: 3.5m;
- Procurement and installation on vessels of all associated valves, instrumentation and other accessories as described in the ITT package;
- Carry out Hydrotest of vessels and associated piping systems according to Shell standard DEP 31.22.20.31 and ASME Section VIII;
- Carry out all relevant Non Destructive Tests required by Shell standard DEP 31.22.20.31 and ASME Section VIII;
- Provision of office facilities for SPDC inspector to carry out regular inspections and audits;
- Final documentation containing all updated detailed drawings and specifications for the vessels;
- Transportation of completed vessel package to Soku Gas Plant Site.
