Scope of Work
Supply of dragline excavator machine with the following specification:
Engine: - 6 cylinder water cooler system with tropical zone radiator with (300 - 400) HP machine.
Transmission system: - 2 speed forward - 2 revers with automatic gear system.
Hydraulic system: - the pump should be fixed on the axle position to operate the open and closed system the machine.
Swing cabin: - operate by hydraulic pump with opening window and air conditioning system.
Sprocket: - sprocket transmission system.
Control: - the entire vehicle should be fully computer control and contain alarm system to stop the vehicle in the critical position.
Winches: - all winches should be operate hydraulically for each the dragline, main winch and boom winch.
Pocket capacity: - the pocket capacity should be (1-1.9) m³.
Boom section: - all lattice boom parts length should be (3-6&12) meter sequentially with 6m length for boom head for easy transporting the vehicle.
Boom height: - maximum boom height should be 40m.
Counter weight: - all counter weight should be provided if necessary.
Hook:- 20 ton -2sheaves should be provided
