Scope of Work
The Company intends to be provided with the managing contract services in respect of the execution of its ongoing and future Turn key (EPD) projects through engaging the qualified companies which possess the necessary structure, software and facilities according to the following quality evaluation criteria:
1- Legal entity and necessary structure
2- Planning and technical abilities for compilation of the methods, contracts coordination and execution management, drilling projects control and coordination
3- Necessary knowledge and experience and qualified personnel in Turn key drilling projects management and submission of supporting documents for previous services
4- Company's good reputation
5- Financial ability for submission of financial guarantees, provision of supporting services and personnel
6- Equipment and software abilities
7- Stand by capacity in proportion with the company projects volume
