Scope of Work
1- Material designation: diethanolamine (dea).
2- Quantity: 175000 kg.
3- Utilization: sweetening of natural and associated gases.
4- Specification of pure diethanolamine:
- Form: liquid or solidified mass.
- Content: min. 98% weight (by gas chromatography)
- Impurities max. 1% weight 2-aminoethanol max. 1% weight triethanol amine (by gas chromatography) max. 0.3% weight water (din 51777)
- Melting temperature: 27 c°
- Platinum-cobalt colour: max. 20 (din 53409).
5- Packing: about 215 kg in non- returnable steel drums.
6- Technical conditions:
- Analysis certificate and material safety data sheet ( msds) from the manufacturer.
- Inspection certificate issued by a neutral inspection company for the concerned product.
- confirming suitability for storing at field conditions(-10c°to +50 c°) for two years at least.
- Each drum should be clearly marked by the name and weight of product and the name of manufacturer and other necessary data.
- Two samples (1kg) each with specification of material
