Scope of Work
Design, fabrication and delivery of shell and tube heat exchanging equipment for GTU.
List of equipments:
Receiving facilities (for 2 trains with capacity of 35 mln. stand. m3 of feed gas/day, each):
1- Gas preheater, 1 piece;
2- Condensate preheater, 2 pieces;
3- Hydrate prevention gas heater, 2 pcs (number of shells TBA);
4- Feed gas heater, LNG train, 2 pcs
Condensate stabilization unit (for 2 trains with the summarized capacity of 215 thousand tonnes of feed condensate per year):
5- Feed condensate heater, 2 pcs;
6- Reboiler of condensate stabilizer, 2 pcs x 2 shells;
7- Condensate stabilizer boiler, 2 pcs;
Equipment will be located in Teriberka, Kola District, Murmansk Region
Outdoor placement
Service life - 50 year
Tenderer must have expertise manufacturing equipment for gas industry facilities.
