Scope of Work
Supply of one (1) complete assembly of ASG-34 Gearbox for use on SIEMENS SGT-100 Turbine on DDP ONNE basis.
The scope of work consists of activities required to accomplish, as a minimum, the procurement and supply of one(1) assembly of ASG-34 Gearbox; MANUFACTURER: ALLEN GEAR- PART NO: 768101;RATED POWER: 6266 KW;GEAR RATIO: 11.611:; SPECIFICATION NUMBER:64/62001283/500.It shall involve the following activities/task but not limited to:
Handling of all required logistics involved in procurement and conveying the Vehicles from the original producers or dealers and delivery of same to TEPNG DDP ONNE in Port Harcourt Rivers State. This would involve procurement and delivery.
Note that Supplier procedure for transportation of consignment shall conform to that of both the original producer and TEPNG standards. Contractor also has obligation of duty of care, as Contractor shall be liable for any deformation or distortion of the consignment or its function as a result of transportation.
The prospective Contractor shall furnish to COMPANY the manufacturing process for the entire assembly and COMPANY shall specify the “HOLD” and “WITNESS” points as part of the Quality Assurance/Control process.
Supplier is expected to have technical capability to understand and appreciate the specifications of the equipment. The Supplier shall have a strategy to ensure that the required specifications of equipment are met, this may include procedure for Factory Acceptance Test, Certifications and evidences (as applicable) and as provided by TEPNG, the manufacturer or a third party etc.
Supplier shall secure OEM’s/Dealer’s Guarantee/Warrantee (as applicable) for the equipment and conveys same to TEPNG along with the supply of vehicles.
Supplier shall obtain all documentation, operating manuals, statutory and regulatory certifications, as-built dossier and all relevant packages/softwares as supplied by OEM/Dealers and as required by TEPNG in English.
Supplier shall secure any and all such financing and make all payments to Manufacturer required to transfer the material(s) to TEPNG DDP ONNE in Port Harcourt Rivers State.
Supplier shall show verifiable evidence of access to genuine manufacturer’s spares, repair workshops/ facilities suitable for overhaul, testing and maintenance services.
