Manual: 01 set of workshop manuals, spare parts catalogue, and operation instruction with each vehicle.
Warranty: 12 months warranty after commissioning
Spare parts: recommended spare parts for two years of operation. The quoted spare parts should not be greater than 10% value of main equipment. List of the spare parts to be attached with the technical bid. The cost of spare parts will not be included in the financial evaluation. The company has right to either procured or not.
After Sales Service: the manufacturer / seller have good established after sale service. Maintenance facilities and spare parts ware house in the country.
Experience: the bidder has the five years manufacturing experience of fork lifter.
Sale Records: bidder has to submit 05 years supply records. The bidder is also required to submit population of fork lifter in the country, name and address of firm to whom the unit is sold.
