Scope of Work
The company intends shortly to issue a tender for ISO 17025 Accreditation & Certification services.
The contractor shall:
Review all management system documentation relevant to the registration process, including manuals, procedures, standing instructions and the like, and determine the company's 'current status' in respect of compliance with standard requirements;
Advise the company of any deficiencies in the management system documentation;
Attend site to conduct a registration audit, and where satisfactory compliance with standards has been achieved, award certification;
Continue to monitor the company's compliance with the standards for a minimum period of six (6) years after registration, and at the contractor's discretion, attend site on a regular basis to conduct 'follow-up' audits.
