Description:
Heavy industrial vacuum truck for cleaning substance include solid or semisolid (wet) and liquid c\w all accessories and spare parts as follows:
Engine:
Diesel, 4 strokes, 6 cylinders, max. Ambient temp 60c? direct injection turbocharged , water cooled , max. engine power (350-400) hp
Fuel system:
Should be furnished with water separator
Clutch:
Dry single plate, hydraulically controlled.
Transmission:
Manual synchromesh, 16 speed for wareds & 2 revers
Steering:
Hydraulic power steering, L.H.D.
Brake system:
Dual – circuit air brake with abs & air dryer
Suspension:
Leaf spring with shock absorbers at front and rear axles
Tyres:
1200x20 – 18 P.R one-piece RIM
Wheel configuration: 6x4
Cab:
All steel welded, crew (double) suitable for 6 persons and driver, with a\c & radio cassette

tank can be empted by tipping it with rear door fully opened Hydraulically c\w suitable filter system with high efficiency to separate material
Vacuum tank:
The cargo space of the tank is round structure with a diameter of 2000mm. plane steel plates make the front and the rear as well as the filter compartment filter compartment . in the wall there is apneumatically operated door allowing the filter dust to pass by tipping the tank
Vacuum system:
Heavy duty vacuum pump super structure of capacity (8000-9000) m3\hr air flow effeciency – 90% vacuum driven via p.t.o of truck rotery lobe typy c\w all eccessorie
Dumping:
Cylinder, both the cargo space and the filter compartment are empted. the taile gate is manoeuvred and locked by two hydaulic double acting hydraulic cylinder
