Scope of Work
Item 001 QTY=1, Twin acidizing pumping unit truck mounted as following specifications:
1.1 Truck kenworth C-500 model 2012 desert style, 6x6 w.d with Caterpillar diesel engine & Allison transmission, air conditioned, electric starting, 24v electric system, low lube oil press & over speed shut – down system , tire size 1400x20 Bridgestone make.
1.2 Deck engines: Two (2) diesel engine Caterpillar with rated HP not less than 500 @ 1300 RPM, supplied with air starter, air compressor, alternator 75 A, 24 V DC. With protection system as in the truck.
1.3 Deck transmission: Tow (2) Automatic Allison transmissions at 500 HP at 1300-RPM hydraulic control manual selection.
1.4 High pressure pumps: Two (2) horizontal triplex plunger pumps type HT – 400 for high-pressure well service, with plunger size 4 ˝“fabricated for pumping high concentration acid, cement, crude oil, drilling mud. Maximum Working Pressure not less than 10000 psi
1.5 Displacement tank: One (3 m3) displacement tank with (2) equal compartment opened top fiberglass internal coating.
1.6 Auxiliary compressor: piston type air compressor with gasoline engine belt driven, 12 cfm, 180 psi.
1.7 Operator control console: included all hydraulically, mechanical electrical & pneumatically gauges & instruments, enclosed in weather proof cabinet, and all this space should be covered with weather protection for operators.
1.8 High pressure manifold & HP pipes: high pressure manifold 2”, fig 1502 with Weco plug valves, the unit equipped with 80 m length (yellow color) Chiksan pipes & swivel joints, and (six filter pup chiksan connect with Iron treatment line.
1.9 Suction manifold: the tow pumps connected with 6” manifold with all required fitting & butterfly valves, two suction hoses & low pressure ground assembly with all accessories hoses.
1.10 Pump repair tools for pumping and recommended tool box for pumping unit operation.
