Scope of Work
Item 001 QTY=1 Package, high press. self nitrogen pumping unit trailer mounted used for oil wells unloading (kick-off) with the following specification:
1. Heavy duty for oil / gas fields at ambient Temp. -5 to + 55 C
2. Chassis trailer unit tandem Dana make or (equivalent), landing gear heavy duty two speed and wiring, electrical lights (24 volt DC system), king pin 3.5" heavy duty full air break, tire size 1200/ 24 Bridgestone make.
3. Unit driven by diesel engine type ( Caterpillar or Detroit or equivalent ) with suitable HP with the following:
a. Engine over speed shutdown system.
b. Spark qirestors
c. Emergency shutdown control
d. High temperature engine cutout
e. Over pressure shutdown system
4. Working pressure 15,000 psi and hydrostatic test pressure 20,000 psi ( or equivalents as designer recommendations)
5. Flow rates: minimum rate 200 scfm and maximum rate 4500 scfm
6. Liquid Nitrogen pump with suitable ( cold end bore , stroke and speed )
7. Nitrogen tank capacity 4000 GAL, high quality internal and external materials
8. Control cabin air conditioning with data acquisition system.
9. The unit should be supplied with steel flow hoses , chock manifold and all accessories for operations .
10. Spare parts and accessories for two years operation for all deck equipments ( engine , pumps, compressor ,hoses , manifold .. etc ) with (2) copies of operation and maintenance manuals and parts list catalogs.
11. The main parts of unit should be skid mounted loading on trailer.
Item 002 QTY=1, Spare nitrogen skid mounted tank capacity 4000 gal with all accessories for connecting and capable with nitrogen unit.
