Scope of Work
Supply line pipe 4",6" & 12"
The line pipe shall comply with the following specifications attached:
- Instruction to bidders, spec no. 165-4-spg-005
- General purchase conditions, spec no. 165-4•spg-008
- Specification for seamless line pipe, spec.no.165-4-spm-037
- Specification for erw line pipe, spec.no.165-4-spm•065
- Specification for 3 layer polyethylene coating, spec.no.165 4-spm-038
- Specification for handling, stockpiling and shipping of coated pipe, spec.no.165-4-spm•039
- Pipes to be supplied with ends bevelled according to asme b 16.25 dimensions according to asme b 36.10
Seamless:
1) api 5l gr. X 52, 4" nps (114.3 mm od),7.14 mm thk smls line pipe with 3 layer rm 76,560 polyethylene coating.
Quantity: 76,560 RM
2) api 5l gr. X 52, 6" nps (168.3 mm 00),8.74 mm thk smls line pipe with 3 layer rm 66,360 polyethylene coating.
Quantity: 66,360 RM
Erw:
3) api 5l gr. X 52, 12" nps (323.85 mm od),14.27 mm thk erw line pipe with 3 layer rm 29,340 polyethylene coating.
Quantity: 29,340 RM
4) api 5l gr. X 52, 6" nps (168.3 mm 00), 8.74 mm thk smls bare line pipe. Rm 144 any deviation to specifications above shall be justified by the supplier.
Quantity: 144 RM
B- Inspectlon expenses of the company/ consultant representatives as per spec no, 165- 4•spg-c30.
C- Third party inspectlon charges as per 165-4-5pm-c53.
Notes:
1- Bare and Coated Pipes shall be supplied properly packed and stacked as per clause 3.1 & 3.2 of Spec 165-4-SPM•039
2- Above line pipes shall be supplied in Standard length of 12 meter (40 ft.)
