Scope of Work
The scope of work shall comprise the following but not limited to:
- Crude oil / oil products storage capacity of about 120,000 m3 consisting of six floating roof steel tanks. These tanks will receive imported crude oil / oil products through pipelines from the Oil Jetty.
- 28-inches steel pipeline from the Oil Jetty to AOT.
- A booster pumps station and pipelines to transfer crude oil / oil products from AOT to the existing crude oil / oil products tanks at a higher location (130 m above sea level).
- Piping system between AOT components.
- Crude oil / oil products road tankers loading facilities including loading pumps, loading racks and two electronic weighbridges.
- Surface water and oily waste water systems with oil separators and effluent water treatment.
- Sanitary water and sewage treatment system (as package).
- Fire fighting and cooling water system.
- Roads inside the storage terminal.
- Electrical power supply system including receiving facilities, substation, electrical distribution system, transformer panels, lighting poles, lighting towers, cables, etc.
- Instrumentation including supply and installation of all required instruments, cables, etc.
- Cathodic protection system for tanks bottoms and pipelines.
- Control and safety systems; emergency shutdown system, fire and gas detection systems, closed circuit television.
- Telephone communication system.
- Instrument air and plant air system.
- Maintenance workshop.
- Offices and control room.
- Potable water supply system.
- Security Fencing and control towers.
- All other components necessary to form a complete, safe and suitable oil terminal.
