Scope of Work
The company invites interested and reputable indigenous qualified Contractors with competent and skilled personnel, suitable equipment and relevant experience to apply for consideration to tender for the Provision of Technical Manpower Support Services at the Deepwater Field Production facilities comprising of the Akpo FPSO and its Oil Offloading Terminal (CALM buoy and ancillary equipment).
Services to be provided under the contract includes the provision of competent personnel to perform as a minimum the following:
Onboard Organisation:
Management of general production support services, POB management; Helicopter Operations Management; Offshore support vessel handling (cargo transfer, loading/unloading, etc); ISPS Code enforcement; Hull integrity control and follow-up; managing activities of Field Vessel Spread
Crude Storage:
Management of loading, Storage and settling based on process and export needs; Stability enforcement; Hull and storage equipment monitoring; Tank washing and IGG operations; Management of tank inspections and repairs
Crude Offloading (one offload every 4 - 5 days at plateau):
Arrival/departure scheduling; Pilotage; Tanker berthing (Buoy and Tandem berthing operations); Mooring and connection; Cargo pumping operations; Metering monitoring; Management of offloading completion; Cargo sampling; assistance with Cargo documentation
1st level General Operations and Logistics Support services.
The estimated commencement date of services shall be Q4, 2012. Contract duration is estimated at two (2) years firm with a one (1) year option of extension at company’s sole discretion.
