Scope of Work
The supply shall include final designing, drawing, manufacturing, data sheets, inspection, testing, packaging and shipping of /8/eight skid mounted three phases horizontal pressure separators, completed with interconnecting piping, tubing and instrumentation…etc
The separator should include – but not limited – the following:
1- Nozzles
2- Manholes with davits.
3-Internals
4- Supports & saddles
5- Skid bases
6- All necessary (man ways, Saddles, ladder & platform, handrails and grating) with cages to enable anyone easy access to each part of separator for maintenance.
7- Assembly interconnecting piping & tubing to skid edge with suitable flange ends.
8- All Piping, valves, safety relief valve, pipe fittings, tubing, nuts, bolts, studs & gaskets.
9- Instrumentation and control equipments.
10- Lifting lugs
11- External painting
12- Internal coating
13- Companion flanges, studs, nut and gaskets for all skids edge nozzles
14- Anchor bolts for foundation.
