Aluminized Tube 0019x2.0x5000 Mm, Material. A-179 Al
For Exchanger of Nf Plant, Ea-2412 & Ea-2402

The Outer Cover & Inner Material Is Aluminum

Manufacture of Aluminized tubes.

- Bare steel tube to be complied with JIS G 3461-Class 3 “carbon steel boiler and heat exchanger tube”.

- Bare steel tube to be normalized after cold work in forming.

- Aluminized tube size: 19 O.D x 2.11 Th. X 5000 Length (mm)

- All the original tubes shall be inspected by means of the eddy current method.

- The Rockwell hardness number of the original tube shall be less than HRB 72.

Alumer process

- Alumer process shall be applied to the original tube by the hot dip process using a pure aluminum bath (aluminum purity higher than 99.7%)

- The outside and inside of the tubes shall be coated with aluminum (hereinafter referred to as C- tube).
