Scope of Work
A- Rotary reamers
Three point rotary roller reamers as the following:
A-1- Complete string roller reamer for reaming hole size 12 ¼” Upper and lower neck with (75-100 cm) length and diameter 9” OD x 3” ID, 7 5/8 reg box up and pin down conn, with soft to medium standard cutters assemblie
Quantity: 20
A-2- Spare parts for item A-1, size 12 ¼” as the following:
- For hard abrasive formations, standard cutter assemblies equipped with pressed – in tungsten carbide buttons, Qty. 40 cutter assy.
X 40 cutter assy. Contain 120 cutters, 120 pin sets. And 24 block assemblies
B- Stabilizers
String stabilizers two pieces type, right hand spiral
B-1- complete stabilizer for hole size 17 ½”, D.C size 9” OD x 3” ID.
7 5/8 Reg box up and pin down conn, with neck (75-100 cm) length.

B-2- sleeves for medium to hard formetions for above item
Quantity: 40
Remark for item (B)
1- Hardfacing has large dia, tungsten carbide compacts pressed in ribs including the bottom bevel of the rib ends for interchangeable sleeve.
2- The sleeve should be interchangeable on the rig floor.
General remarks:
1- Manufacture and country of origin must be mentioned
2- Materials must be un used and new manufacture only
3- All connections are cold roller, phosphatized coated and equipped with protectors
4- Valid ISO certificate or equivalent should enclosed with the offer.
5- The offer should be enclosed with the original technical catalogue that illustrates all the offer types and spare parts numbers.
6- The body is made of 4145 H modified alloy steel, heat treated to 285-341 brinell hardness.
7- All size are in inches.
