Scope of Work
1- Steel sheet for 25 liters drums (sides)
Name of materials:
Cold rolled carbon steel commercial quality sheets in accordance with JIS G3141 SPCC – SD or equivalent

Purchasing description:
Steel drum sheets Supplied should be cold reduced general purpose Quality sheets, normal picked, uncoiled, sorted sheets and edges Sprayed with oil suitable for use in the manufacture of 25 liters Lubricant oil drums. Drum sheets must no be hydraulically flattened.

Size:
900 mm 1937 mm x 0.63mm (approx35 1/2"x76 1/4"x 24B.c.)Cuts
Four sides for 25 liter drum.

Packaging:
Each bundle of side or ends should not contain mote than two metric ton
Sheets must be wrapped by a heavy water proof paper and Protected inside a metallic envelope Suitable banded for overseas shipment.
Each bundle should have two wooden runner's 80X80 mm. across full length of bundle. The cover of bundle should have proper shape to
Prevent moisture and rain getting inside. the bundle. Number of sheets
Should be stated on each bundle

Note:-
1- Partial shipment & payment are allowed .the first shipment should be received with in 3 months
2- Third party inspection certificate of original, mill certificate should be supplied with material
3- One sheet sample should be submitted for trial Test.
