Scope of Work
The project work program consists of drilling two exploration vertical wells (1 firm well and 1 optional well) in Q4/ 2013. Maximum depth is 9000 feet.
Under the scope for the planned tender the potential contractor shall act as general contractor for the provision of drilling rig services fully equipped with related equipment and load capacities including camp, catering, waste removal and HSE.
THE MINIMUM SPECIFICATION FOR THE RIG SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:
·Min Draw-works capacity of 1,200 HP (continuous output power).
·Hook load capacity minimum of 650,000 lbs.
·Depth rating of drilling wells up to 10,000 ft – with 5” Drill pipe
·Top Drive System is of advantage.
.Two Triplex mud pumps able to deliver minimum of 350 GPM each at 4,300 psi rating pressure. A third mud pump is an advantage but not mandatory.
·Rotary Table opening minimum 27 ½”
·Two (2) Shale Shakers (minimum). A third Shaker is of advantage
·Well control equipment rated to 5,000 psi pressure rating (with choke manifold)
·Mud tank min. capacity of 2,000 bbls including reserve tank.
·Water tank min. capacity of 1,200bbls.
·Main camp size 90 persons during drilling operation.
