Scope of Work
The company is issuing an invitation to participate for technical and commercial qualification to the companies who are able to provide Casing and Tubing (as per API SPEC 5 CT, Range R2 or R3). The provision of casing and tubing is for four (04) planned onshore wells and four(04) optional in Ghadames basin in Libya. The expected delivery date is September 2013. All parties interested are invited to provide the following informations:
- Name & Place of supplier/manufacturer, registration details and address.
- Routine Controls & testing carried out during production, results of final tests.
- Details of Ownership/Corporate Organization.
- Submission of experience records in similar works.
- Product quality certificates (API SPEC 5 CT)
- Supplier/Manufacturer must warranty the delivery of brand new seamless steel casing, and tubing produced in less than 3 years old.
- The supplier should have a permanent representation documents of the well known manufacturer dealing with the casing and tubing.
