EPIC for Flow Computers Replacement

Scope of Work
NGL 1 & 2 Plants have 'Daniel' make flow computers for QChem ,Refinery and Naphtha metering which are obsolete (Model 1-2522-401 TURBO) and need to be upgraded. QChem flow computers and Refinery (NODCO) flow computers are installed in the cabinet RBE-453 (NGL - 1 &2 Control Room Basement located ) and Naptha metering flow computers (Model 9-2500 installed in the NGL -1 & 2 control room located cabinet)respectively.
The Scope of Work includes the replacement of the above six (6 ) flow computers to 'Daniel' flow boss S-600 PLUS, or latest, 'Daniel' flow computer to be installed in the same cabinet keeping its same functionality. Further the Modbus Serial communication link from all new flow computers to respective GE Fanuc PLCs (RX3i) shall be established for indication of the related process parameters directly from the flow computers to the QAFAC HMI located in the NGL-1 & 2 Control room. NGL 4 Plant Unit No. 81 is having 'Daniel' make flow computers of Model 2500 (TURBO ) for Qchem ethane gas metering stream 1 & 2, and Master Station which are obsolete and need to be replaced. All three (3) flow computers are located in cabinet RCP-A8101-01/02 in Local Equipment Room LER-5.
The Scope of Work includes the replacement of all three (3) flow computers to 'Daniel' flow boss S-600 PLUS or the latest 'Daniel' flow computers to be installed in the same cabinet keeping its same functionality.
