Scope of Work
The company requests “Expression of Interest” from qualifying Contractors for the provision of Supply Vessel Services in the Sirte Basin, offshore Libya.
Three supply vessels are required each with deck area minimum 700m2, large underdeck capacity and minimum DP 2 Class. In addition to normal supply operation they should preferably have open stern and be fitted or capable of being retro-fitted with oil spill response equipment including oil recovery tanks and dispersant spray booms. They shall have survivor recovery and ‘Place of Safety’ capability and one of them shall carry an ROV complete with deployment and recovery system capable of working down to 2000m water depth. All vessels should have bunks for up to twenty personnel additional to crew
