EPIC for Replacement of Hot Oil Crude Oil

Scope of Work
Scope of work consist of replacement and /or installation of the following items at KN, KM, FM and Jaleha degassing stations
1.Replace the existing Hot Oil-Crude Oil Heat Exchangers with new design and changed configuration to allow for ease of scale removal by mechanical cleaning. Consider one 100% spare uninstalled tube bundle per exchanger to avoid production losses. 2.Install Chemical Injection Packages for corrosion inhibitor and provide injection points upstream to Hot Oil-Crude Oil Heat Exchangers.
3.Add a water wash (dilution bypass) from the first stage separator, effectively diluting the salt content to the point where it will not deposit in the hot oil heat exchanger.
