Scope of Work
Supply of chemical materials for drilling fluids
PAC–R: A high molecular weight polyanionic cellulose provides filtration control and supplementary viscosity in most water- based drilling fluids meets API specification with value limited as below:-
• Presence of starch or starch derivatives = Absent
• Moisture content = 10 % maximum.
• Apparent viscosity = 50 cp minimum.
• API Filtrate volume = 23 ml maximum.
QTY=200 tons
Packing :- 25 kg multi wall bags with PE liner (40 bags each Pallet) palletized
wrapped & strapped.
Origin:- UAE ,ITALY , INDIA ,CHINA.
PAC–L: Polyanionic cellulose provides filtration control and form used for filtration control in water base drilling fluids supplementary viscosity in most water-based drilling fluids meets API 13A
Specification with value limited below:-

• API Filtrate volume = 16 ml maximum.

Viscosifier: Xanthan gum is a high-molecular weight biopolymer used for
increasing rheology in water-based system. Small quantities provide viscosity
and weight-material suspension in all water-based mud systems meets API
Specification as below:-
• starch ,guar , or their derivatives = Absent
• Moisture content = 13 % maximum.
Screen analysis as below:-
• Less than 425 µm (11/64 in) = 95 % minimum.
• Less than 75 µm = 50 % maximum.
- Viscosity as below:-
• Rotational viscometer, 300 r/min = 11 cp (minimum 55 dial reading)
• Rotational viscometer, 6 r/min = 180 cp (minimum 18 dial reading)
• Rotational viscometer, 3 r/min = 320 cp (minimum 16 dial reading)
• Brookfield LV, 1.5 r/min = 1950 cp minimum .
