Scope of Work
Supply of oil and gas separation process simulator for training with computer control.
This process used to simulate unit of crude oil production comes from the well head to separation the water & oil & gas … from crude oil supply to this unit. the trainer separation simulator contain of set of tanks to feed ,mixed (emulsion) and product materials all tank have level and pressure measurement (and mixer
when needed it) and pumps with mass flow & temperatures and analysis (density of emulsion) measurement & control , control valve in pipe lines and I/P converters for control lops .
The separator vessel consist set of control loop for
all feed and products (level, temp.,….) ,the liquid separated product pumped to feed tanks and gas (air) vented. air compressor to simulate the gas dissolved in crude oil with optical control loop. Note the process used safety fluid in operation (water, oil, air) and have emergence safety system with ESD, air
compressor pressure range & capacity (5-12 bar & 4-6 bar/min).
The process used PID control with pneumatic system and integrated with
computerized control system (SCADA or another type) and tutorials in PC.
