Scope of Work
EPIC for Grading of Corridors and Construction of Associated Roads for the Future Downstream Industries at RLC The scope entails the detailed design and engineering, procurement, installation, construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing and handover of the following FACILITIES;

1. Service corridor No.1, the remaining segment of the service corridor north of Lot W8 levels raised to +2.30 QNHD. The service corridor is approximately 52m wide and 1,976m long.

2. Service corridor No.2, north of Lot W9 levels raised to +2.30 QNHD. This service corridor is approximately 428m wide and 1,510m long.

3. Service corridor No.3, between Qattara Street and corridor No.1 to +2.30 QNHD. This service corridor is approximately 65m wide in average and 470m long.

4. Link Road connecting Halul Ave and Al Waab Ave with approximate length of 3,143m. The Link Road entails the extension of Halul Ave further south for an approximate length of 973m where it joins Abdulla Street, and Abdulla street south of Lot W9 with an approximate length of 2440m.

5. Qattara Street inside Lot W8 with an approximate length of 1,182m and shall tie-in to Halul Ave south of Khalifa Street.

6. Four way signalised junction at the intersection of Abdulla Street with Al Waab Ave.

7. Three way signalised junction at the intersection of Qattara Street with Halul Ave.

8. Total of three road crossing culverts at Halul Ave and Abdulla Street.

9. Extension of existing telecom infrastructure comprising telecom ducts and manholes along new roads and part of Ras Laffan Ave.
