Scope of Work
The scope of the tender as follows:-
1. Painting Program for U1000 pipelines - Carbon Steel Material
Painting treatment to be conducted on this pipeline:
• Painting parts with System K and finishing with original colour
• Blasting of pipes to SA 2 ½
• Hydro jetting
• Applying coats of Jotamastic 87
2. Painting of flare pipes (From U1000, T1,2,3 to Flare) - Carbon Steel and
Stainless Steel Materials
Painting treatment to be conducted on this pipeline:
• Painting parts with System K and finishing with original colour for carbon
steel pipelines
• Painting parts with System H and finishing with original colour for stainless
steel pipelines
• Blasting of pipes to SA 2 ½
• Hydro jetting
• Applying coats of Jotamastic 87
3. Painting of SCW outfall pipes from T1&T2 to T4203 - Carbon Steel Material
Painting treatment to be conducted on this pipeline:
• Painting parts with System K and finishing with original colour
• Blasting of pipes to SA 2 ½
• Hydro jetting
• Applying coats of Jotamastic 87
5. GRE Pipelines
Piping protective coating treatment to be conducted on this pipeline:
- GRE UV Piping Protective Coating Scope:
- Cleaning surface with thinner
- Applying layers of epoxy undercoat
- Applying finishing top coat layers
6. Providing Scaffolding access for all the painting scopes on call-off basis.
