Scope of Work
EPIC of 2" HP Gas line [Flare Pilot line] at Station A4, Ras Laffan.
Contractor shall extend the 2" HP gas line by approx. 75 meters and provide pressure reduction valves for flare pilot gas upto A4 fence;.Finally pilot gas line at A4 fence should be 1 inch. Indication to Scada for pilot gas line is required. Installation & Commissioning of a new Flare Ignition panel[Free Issued from Barzan] at Station A4 fence. Lay new multi-core cables between ignition panel and station A4. Existing PLC. Connect all signals and configure in PLC, SCADA etc. Install junction boxes to inter connect the wirings between nBarzan and Station A4. Interface signals between Barzaan and Station A4 by installation of FO junction box. commissioning to be carried out to establish interface data transfer between Barzaan and Station A4. Planned Start of Contract = 01/04/2014 Contract Duration = 9 Calendar Months.
