Scope of Work
The Basrah Refineries has 2 trains of the atmospheric distillation facilities of the design capacity of 70,000 BPSD and the third Distillation unit will be completed early of year 2013, SRC intent to building additional Process units such as (Kerosen hydrotreater, Naphtha hydrotreater, Isomearsation unit and Auxiliary. the above process unit should be Provided with New Utility unit.
South Refineries Company requires new utilities project as complementary units .The bidder must propose the technical submittal including all the installation details, engineering
1- Water demineralization unit ( 2x100) m³/h.
2- Two steam boilers capacity of each (100) T/hr.
3- Nitrogen plant(cryogenic Type)(300)Nm3/hr gas,(250) L/hr liquid
4- Three Air compressors skid mounted for instrument air and services( 3x2500)m3/hr.
5- Power station and control room
6- Income and out com Piping.
