Scope of Work
BP Exploration Libya Ltd hereby requests “Expression of Interest” from qualifying Contractors for the provision of (Office Cleaning and Services) in support of BP’s exploration drilling campaign in Libya. This information will then be used by BP Libya to identify potential contractors to participate in a future competitive tender for the scope of this EOI.
- Description of BP’s technical requirements:
BP Exploration Libya Ltd is seeking to enter into a contractual arrangement with a qualified contractor who possesses the ability to provide Office Cleaning and Services. The scope of services is to provide wide varieties of service including but not limited to: office cleaning, gardening, office services personnel, and provision of hot and cold beverages services for BP Exploration Libya’s Tripoli office. The duration of the contract will be for a period of one year or subject to future extension(s), depending on the business needs, and commencing 01/06/2014. Contractors wishing to be considered should have an established reputation in the concerned line of industry.
- Submission requirements:
Any contractors providing “Expression of Interest” must, as a minimum, provide the following information:
1) Copies of Libyan Company Registration Documents that includes:
- Libyan Tax Registration.
- Libyan Company Registration.
- Libyan Permit to Work.
2) Details of experience and results in provision of Office Cleaning and Services in Libya;
3) Details of Health, Safety and Environment Management programs in place.
4) Details of contractor’s facilities and infrastructure including equipment used and staff along with any certificates if any
5) If any, list of sub-contractors and associates with full information about the level of interaction with them.
6) Information of Legal Company Name, Company representative Name, Address, City and Country, Telephone No., Cell phone No., Fax No., and Email.
7) Statement of Expression of Interest.
Contractors are now invited to register their interest for the provision of (Office cleaning and Services) with details as above. This information will then be used by BP Libya to identify potential contractors to participate in a pre-qualification process for this work.
