Miscellaneous maintenance services and minor construction works at MIC - The Scope of Services include maintenance of the various existing QP buildings, facilities and infrastructure facilities and the Services include civil, structural, architectural, carpentry, metal, finishing and decorating work, plumbing and drainage work, electrical work, kitchen ,laundry and other appliances, minor road work, hardscaping work, fencing work, signboards, outdoor flooring and other external work ,maintenance and minor refurbishment of existing buildings electrical system.
