Scope of Work
Azzawiya Oil Refining...Tender to implement and erect a new natural gas transmission. The prequalification Of Specialized Companies For Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline at Azzawiya Oil Refining Co:
Azzawiya Oil Refining Company Inc. (ARC) intends to utilize natural gas as fuel in refinery, hence seeking to implement and erect a new natural gas transmission pipeline dimensions (dia 8”, length 1600m underground and 1100m above ground.
- Brief of Scope of Works: 1. Review design, engineering and drawing of a complete natural gas transmission pipeline fully integrated to ARC power plant. 2. Supply all The required material and carry out all civil, mechanical and instrumentation works to have the natural gas new pipeline connected to the existing main natural gas header to (West Azzawiya Power Station). 3. Carry out all NDT for pipeline and steel structure elements and pressure vessels and issue inspection reports.
- Documents to be submitted for the Prequalification: 1. Licenses for carrying out company activities in Libya. 2. Valid Local Tax Payment Certificate. 3. Statement of company’s financial status for the last three years. 4. Company’s technical organization chart and equipment. 5. Certificates of Completion for similar projects in the past. 6. Contact details of the company’s head office and branches i.e. telephone/telefax numbers, email identities, website. 7. List of past and current projects executed by the company with locations, contract prices etc. 8. Subcontractors, if any and their experience and other information related to them. 9. Authority letter from the parent company in the event of Prequalification of a branch or partner company.
NB: Only the successfully prequalified companies shall be invited later to receive the tender documents for the project.
