Scope of Work
Supply of Cement Lab. Portable Unit with Equipment & Spare Parts with the following Specifications:
1- 11m x 3m Heavy Duty Skid and heavy duty steel structure .
2- 3 m x 3m Completely Furnished Office Room .
3- 7 m x 3m Completely Furnished Laboratory Room .
4- Minimum Requirements :
(a) Split Type A.C. for each room and exhausted fan in lab room .
(b) Explosion Proof 220 V – 50 Hz. Electrical main supply easy connections with circuit breakers .
(c) Steel protected rubber sealed Aluminum windows with slide type 8 mm glass .
(d) Heavy duty rubber sealed well secured steel door .
(e) External and internal explosion proof 220V -50 Hz. lighting system .
(f) Excellent heat and sound isolation .
(g) Complete tap water system with lab sinks, 4,000 Liters water tank loaded on unit roof with filling and drain pipes,
water heaters and sanitation system.
(h) Rooms to be furnished with Desks , chairs , drawers , refrigerator , lab benches and all other requirements for office
and lab rooms .
(i) Cement lab equipment to be supplied and fixed , protected and secured inside the lab room .
