Scope of Work
The objective of this project is to build a centralized wastewater and sewage treatment plant with a capacity of 1250 m3 per day utilizing MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) technology to produce an environmentally safe fluid waste stream (treated effluent, to be used for irrigation) and a solid waste (or treated sludge) suitable for disposal.
The treated sludge shall be transferred to Doha for further disposal and processing as per Qatar regulations. The proposed facility shall consist of the following:
1.Centralised wastewater and sewage treatment plant with MBR technology with associated Buildings, Tanks, Gates & Fencing and Landscape works.
2.Network of sewer lines connecting all the facilities in Halul to collect the grey and black water through a series of manholes and lifting stations.
3.Treated wastewater piping and transportation to existing irrigation tanks.
4.Facility for sludge handling, treatment and disposal.
