Scope of Work
Contractor shall undertake the maintenance works of static equipment, valves and related pipe-works in NGL-1, NGL-2, NGL-3, NGSF, NGL-4 plants, storage and loading facilities and common utilities located within the NGL complex, NGTT facilities at Mesaieed Industrial Area and NGDS facilities in Raslaffan, Doha and Mesaieed as specified in the Scope of Services.
Contractor shall carry out the services when the plant/units are in operation but the equipment will be isolated. Contractor shall take utmost care in executing the activities and all safety requirements specified shall be strictly followed.
The services shall generally consists of spading, despading, insulation removal/replacement of insulation, inerting, opening up, cleaning, mechanical works, closing, testing, painting, lining, scaffolding and other miscellaneous works as may be directed by QP.
The services include the defined scope services and the call-off scope services and shall be for a period of five (5) calendar years.
