Scope of Work
The Company invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for The
Engineering Design, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Testing and
Commissioning of a 10” (ten inch) 122km oil pipeline from Sinendet PS 26 to
Kisumu PS28 together with tie in facilities at PS28 for the future Kisumu – Busia Pipeline.
The selected EPC contractor shall among other key activities:
a) Carry out the design, procurement of materials and construction of the 10” pipeline from PS26 (Sinendent) to PS28 (Kisumu)
b) Carrying out Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and obtain Nema approvals
c) Supply, installation and commissioning of a SingleMode 96 strand fibre optic cable along the entire pipeline length, from Sinendet (PS26) to Kisumu (PS28)
