Scope of Work
QP requires the services of a Contractor to carryout following miscellaneous civil works on a Call-Off basis for duration of three (3) calendar years.
The Scope of Services is divided in to two parts as detailed below:
Part A: Miscellaneous civil works for maintenance of buildings, roads, infrastructure and industrial plants, minor new civil engineering construction and sand removal works for all facilities and pipelines within the onshore operational areas of Gas Operations.
Part B:,,Miscellaneous civil works for maintenance and repair/replacement activities in Living Quarters (LQ) areas of NFA Offshore Platform. Contractor can bid for both Part A and Part B or any one Part. QP reserves the right, and its sole descretion, to either award the complete Scope of Services in the tender to one Contractor or to split award the Services i.e., CONTRACT for each Part to a different Contractor.
