Scope of Work
The Scope of Services include charter of a Wellhead Maintenance Vessel together with her Crew to support offshore operations.
The Vessel will primarily be used for the following tasks and functions while performing the Services:
i) Transport up to 35 personnel to and from offshore location(s).
ii) Transport Wellhead maintenance Crew and Equipment, and other materials and Cargo to and from Port(s) and offshore location(s).
iii) Manoeuvre close beside, or moor to, wellhead jackets and other offshore location(s) while wellhead maintenance operations are being carried out.
iv) Discharge and backload Cargo at offshore location(s) The Contract duration shall be sixty one (61) calendar months from the Effective Date of the Contract, which includes mobilization period of one (1) calendar month.
