Scope of Work
Provision of support services for enterprise business process development & management activities QP is currently engaged in a number of Business Process Management (BPM) including Change Management (CM) activities across its organization. Using the ARIS BPM methodology, these activities are under the direct leadership and supervision of Organization and Systems Department, which is the mandated custodian for BPM & CM in QP. As contingency against unforeseen manpower and skill shortages during the above activities, QP requires the services of qualified contractor(s) for the provision of experienced consultants at short notice, on a call-off basis, as and when required.
