Charter of a Wireline Support Vessel

Scope of Work
Contractor shall provide one Wireline support Vessel and crew to maintain and operate the Vessel.
The Vessel together with its crew shall carry out the following tasks to support QP Offshore Drilling and Production operations:
(i)Transport passengers from Halul island and/or other port to and from various offshore locations.(ii)Accommodate and provide catering for up to twelve (12) passengers who are working on board. (iii)Transport wireline equipment and other deck cargo to, from and between port and offshore locations (iv)Supporting offshore wireline operations. v)Discharge and backload cargo at offshore locations (vi)Performing anti-pollution work.
The Vessel and her crew may also be required to perform any other offshore support task in the operating area, as directed by QP, for which it is suitably equipped and manned.
Contract Duration : Twenty Five (25) Calendar months from EFFECTIVE DATE, which includes mobilisation period of one (1) month. Optional extension: One (1) year at sole discretion by QP.
