Scope of Work
This scope of work is for the service contract for MSCP (Muscat-Sohar Crude oil Pipeline) integrity assurance. Within this scope of work contractor should deliver integrity services for the 24” MAF-Sohar (MSCP).
Contractor should understand the challenges that are facing the Pipelines at ORPIC ranging from baseline integrity status, finding major problems and challenges of these line to help ORPIC to conduct intelligent pigging or other alternatives, finding imperfections and defects of subject pipeline,defect assessment to categorize immediate actions, and 5 years repair planning and help ORPIC to choose the best and economic repair method on each defect.
Also assist ORPIC regarding cathodic protection systems, ROW and pipeline crossing queries (with roads, wadi, cables, etc).
