Scope of Work for the Project Management Consultancy for Refinery Turn Around scheduled in Feb 2016 is as following: a) Floating of Tender and ordering of LLI’s b) Preparation of tender for the EPC Contracts including techno-commercial evaluation for the EPC contracts. c) Overall project management consultancy including assistance during plant commissioning.
