Level 3 - Podium Roof Level Plant and Equipment ,,Tower core Stairs, Lifts and Service Risers
Level 4 - Tower VIP/VVIP Viewing and Meeting Room Level 5 - Tower Emergency/Search and rescue Centre
Level 6 - Port Control Centre with VTS systems Level 7 - Tower Roof Plant and Equipment
Level 8 - Roof Top Radar, Antennae and Monitoring equipment
External Works - Parking, Roads, Fencing, Landscaping, External Plant, Services Tie-ins.
