Scope of Work
QP requires the landscaping, planted areas, irrigation systems and indoor plants, and as detailed in the drawings provided in Appendix F, to be continuously maintained by an experienced landscaping CONTRACTOR in order to achieve the maximum aesthetic appearance possible at all times.
QP also requires mobile crews of gardeners to attend the maintenance of the existing planted areas throughout the various QP Gas Distribution Stations, to include:
1.Gas Distribution Stations E, F & G - Doha
2.Gas Distribution Wakrah Station - Wakrah
3.Gas Distribution Station B - Mukaines
4.Gas Distribution W1 & W2 - Ras Abu Fontas
5.Gas Distribution Station S- Mesaieed
6.Doha Distribution Center (DDC) - Doha
7.Gas Distribution Stations V, A4, A5, A21 & 72SBV0- Ras Laffan
8.New Transmission and Distribution Operations and Control Buildings (future)
- Doha In addition, QP will require some new areas of landscaping and irrigation systems to be developed at various locations throughout the Gas Operations Areas.
This includes NGL Complex, New Support Campus, Tank Farm, Terminal, MPB and all GDS Stations as mentioned above.
Duration of Contract is Thirty-Seven (37) calendar months.
