Scope of services & Specifications online subscription for international standards & codes.
1.Introduction QP is heavily involved in many projects in Oil & Gas and other industries where it has to adhere to the international standards in those projects. QP requirement for international standards is important for its quality assurance, projects and ISO certifications. QP's Technical Services Department has been providing, administering and managing these International Standards Services as per QP needs and requirements since 1997.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
-contractor shall provide an on-line access 7 (days) x 24 (hours) for the period of the contract to the attached list of required International Standards in Clause 3 hereunder.
-contractor shall provide all "Active" standards documents included in the standard's subsections specified on the attached required standards list (as detailed in Clause 3 hereunder). It is clarified that Redline, Historical and Withdrawn standard documents are not required.
-contractor shall quote for one concurrent user license for each standard organization of the attached list (only one concurrent user license is required).
-contractor shall provide the cost for each individual standard organization that they can provide as per the specified format under Appendix B.
-QP's users shall have the right to save the document in their local computer or print them for QP work during the subscription period.
-contractor is responsible for providing all the required software, hardware, tools, and the required services on the server side (the vendor web site) to make the requested standards available on the internet though on-line access.
-contractor shall provide all the required online support and maintenance to QP.
-contractor shall provide the QP's nominated Representative the right to add/edit/delete QP users directly from the system.
- The service providing website shall be integrated with QP intranet, so QP user can access the contractor's service website with the same credentials (no further user-id/password is required).
-QP users should be able to access the service through the internet as well as QP's intranet.
-contractor shall provide a detailed monthly usage reports to QP Data Center or provide QP's REPRESENTATIVE the ability to generate these reports. The reports should contain details about the QP usage/access of the standards up to the document level (i.e reports by standard code, sub- section, users, and documents).
