Scope of Work
The EPIC contractor shall carry out a full and detailed project works including risk analysis for the relocation of the SCADA control functionality of the GDS network from WHTP-B to WHTP-E/G and from WHTP-D to WHTP-H/L.
This will enable full utilization of new control rooms at WHTP-E/G and WHTP-H/L for continuous monitoring of the GDS network and operations of WHTP plants. WHTP-E/G control room will be used as a main MOC, while WHTP-H/L will be used as a back up for GDS operations in event of any failure at WHTP-E/G control room.
Station-N LOC shall be upgraded to MOC as a back up for GDS operations during emergency situations like SCADA failure at WHTP-H/L and WHTP E/G. Dismantled material shall be delivered to QP approved sites.
